  1. Upper Saxondale Residents Association Community Interest Company (USRAcic) is the data controller of the personal data that it holds.

  2. USRAcic commits to handle personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.

The personal data that USRAcic holds includes - Name, postal address, email address and membership status of its members and local residents, and the number and gender of children in a member’s family. The name and contact details of third parties, together with any other information that they may have provided to USRAcic or its predecessors.

  4. The personal data will only be used for the legitimate interests of USRAcic. Members’ personal data will only be used in connection with USRAcic communications and will not be shared with third parties.

  5. USRAcic uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep personal data secure and to prevent unauthorised access.

  6. USRAcic manages the UpperSaxondale.com website. The website uses cookies to enhance the user experience and to help the website run effectively.

  7. Any communication to USRAcic concerning data protection (including subject access requests and requests for rectification of data) should be sent by email to info@uppersaxondale.com.
